✨  Watch the 2022 IM Awards ceremony On-Demand✨

Join us for a day of reflection, inspiration and celebration!

Wrapped around the IM Awards Ceremony, which is an opportunity to recognise our diverse workforce and all of the great things that colleagues have achieved, IMX Live: All In brings you a series of sessions that tie diversity and inclusion with the fabric of our culture.

IMX Live: All In Agenda

Our Leaders Are All In - Are You?

Leaders from across Informa Markets open the day with their thoughts on why diversity, equity and inclusion matter to them personally - and to our business. With people at the heart of everything we do - why is it important that everyone feels they have a voice? Feels comfortable bringing their whole selves to work? And why should we be celebrating the incredible diversity among our colleagues?

Informa Markets CEO Patrick Martell, EMEA President Peter Hall, Asia President Margaret Ma Connolly, North America President Nancy Walsh, Director DE&I Mike Sealy and Group Chief Diversity Officer Linder Blackerby are All In - join us to find out how you can be too!

Leading the way | From Intern to VP

In this session, we hear from Edwina Kulego, VP of International & Project at Informa Markets Fashion, in an insightful discussion about being a woman in leadership. From challenges and successes to the importance of allyship and balancing parenthood with working, this segment will provide a glimpse into Edwina’s experiences, and words of advice for all colleagues at Informa Markets. Tune in to hear from an exemplar in climbing the ranks in our business!

AllInforma Illuminate x IMX Live: Shining a Light on Lived Experiences

Join four colleagues from across Informa as they discuss their lived experience with disabilities and conditions, particularly focusing on neurodiversity in the workplace and what we can all do to further accessibility and disability inclusion.

When Private Matters Become Public Debate: the Right to Marry

As a result of recent changes in “settled law” there is concern that other “settled laws” may experience similar changes.  This session will look at the conversation of gay marriage from two sides: a colleague representing a married couple and a colleague in an almost 20-year relationship that’s not married.  So why has marriage been seen as not necessary in the past but today is seen as not only important but also necessary to the gay community?  Join us to hear these stories and to participate in the discussion as well.

Managing Stress, Worry and Wellbeing At Work

Rich Marsh, a wellbeing trainer from Dale Carnegie, helps a group of Informa Markets colleagues to identify and understand the behaviours that are considered stress warning signs and shares strategies on how to reduce risk. Together, Victoria Lovett, Head of Partnerships - EMEA, Susan Bradley, Executive Assistant, Kirsten Dixon, Marketing Performance Director, and Thea Gikas, Executive Assistant, will explore three ways we can increase wellbeing and learn practical techniques that develop mental resilience.
